Where can repairs be carried out?
We can perform repairs at any private driveway or car park that has power access and a clear area of 2 meters for the repair work.
Can repairs be conducted in underground car parks?
Regrettably, we are unable to conduct repairs in underground car parks or on public roads.
How long after a repair is finished do I need to wait before driving the car?
With most repairs the vehicle can be driven within 1 to 2 hours.
How is a high quality repair achieved working in the outdoors?
We utilise the latest in mobile repair technology otherwise known in the industry as SMART repairs which is fast growing in popularity all over the world.
Is there a size limit on the damage that can be repaired in my driveway?
Mobile repairs are specifically designed to address minor scuffs, scrapes, and dings, which are commonly caused by everyday driving and parking incidents. These services are not intended for extensive damage. If the damage is deemed too significant for a mobile repair, our technician will inform you accordingly.
How is the colour matched?
Vans are fitted with a full automotive paint systems capable of creating and matching every vehicle colour using the vehicle colour code no different to the process and paints used in a quality panel repair shop. For more difficult colours most vans also carry Spectrophotometers; a device that measures the wavelength of light which is used to determine the colors present and using this information to provide an accurate colour match and tint formula.
How can I pay for the repair?
After the repair is finished, you can conveniently make the payment using a credit card or EFTPOS.
